The existing roof covering is stripped down to the deck. We inspect and replace any soft or water-damaged decking boards before laying new 18mm OSB3. Falls boards are installed where the existing deck is flat — GRP requires a minimum 1:80 fall to prevent ponding. Drip trims are fitted at all perimeter edges.
The GRP laminate is mixed and applied in one continuous operation — no joints, no overlaps. A top coat and anti-slip aggregate are applied while still wet, bonding permanently with the laminate below. On completion, we run a full inspection and issue a 25-year guarantee certificate.
